Don't do this
This is a response I got from a recent rejection letter, which reads: "Thanks, but this isn't quite what we're looking for." Those of you who follow my blog know that I've detailed many times why we reject certain things.

Yikes. That's such an immature thing to do, especially considering your rejection wasn't anywhere near the border of rude. Ignore the person and just make a mental note to never read anything by him/her again.
